Emilio PucciSpring 2015 Ready-to-Wear
Hay Divas !
Peter Dundas is
the artistic director at Emilio Pucci. He has been credited with injecting a
darker, more youthful and sophisticated edge into the brand, which has married
well with the House of Pucci's jet-set retro glamour. This was very much a
happy-hippy collection: plunge-neck crochet dresses embroidered with flowers,
be-tasselled ponchos of the same effect, wispy butterfly-billowing maxi
dresses, psychedelic shades and prints of Zap ice lolly optics, waistcoats,
skinny suits, flares - tick, tick, tick for the Seventies. There were even
those orange and brown colour clashes. The finale series of printed goddess
dresses was lush and gorgeous, the best of all suspended from bejeweled metal
bib necklaces.
Look at this collection and picture yourself in some of these gorgeous dresses my princess!
