Some key rules:

• Focus on Lace, skip the cotton stuff

• Always hand wash bra’s! The bottoms wash them as delicates. This will make it last longer.
• Avoid buying cheap bra’s as the fit & support will be not be as good.
• Make sure you have a proper fitted bra to your size. Get help in the shop to find your true size. Keep in mind you might have lost/added weight since your last bra size, always good to “do an update”
